Its legacy on-premise systems limited performance, agility, and customer engagement. Vertis implemented Sitecore Managed Cloud and Headless Delivery, enabling scalable infrastructure, zero-downtime deployments, and personalised customer journeys. The project evolved into a full digital transformation, unifying 22 financial products into the ABCD platform and reshaping ABCL’s digital brand

 Vertis began by optimising ABCL’s “ABC of Money” blog, cutting load times by over 80%. Success there led to a full-scale Sitecore migration, including portals for employees, MSMEs, and customers. The flagship ABCD platform unified 22 financial products in one ecosystem, supported by Sitecore Personalize, gamification features, and advanced analytics. With dynamic resource scaling, zero-downtime deployments, and a multi-tenant architecture, the solution enhanced customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and brand perception.
