Singapore’s Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) needed to improve accessibility for seniors under its Senior Mobility Fund subsidy programme. Manual processes and limited digital access posed major challenges. Vertis implemented Sitecore OrderCloud, creating Singapore’s first healthcare marketplace that integrates subsidy management, supplier systems, and user-friendly ordering for elderly users and caregivers. The platform not only streamlined operations and improved access, but also earned the 2023 Sitecore Experience Award for Best Commerce Experience in APAC and Japan, highlighting its innovation and impact.

The Vertis Approach

Vertis built a multi-tenant marketplace with features like real-time inventory tracking, dynamic subsidy calculation, secure payments, and a mobile-first design for seniors. Integrated with Singpass and MyInfo, the solution ensured compliance and streamlined subsidy validation. Regular user testing with elderly participants shaped an accessible, intuitive interface. Suppliers gained efficiency with inventory and order management, while AIC reduced administrative overhead. Iterative releases and agile processes ensured continuous improvements, making the platform both scalable and future-ready.
