Enterprise Singapore (ESG), a government agency, needed to modernise its digital platform to better serve a diverse stakeholder base. Their legacy Sitecore CMS suffered from performance issues, manual processes, and limited analytics. Vertis optimised ESG’s Sitecore XM environment, integrated Adobe Analytics, and deployed on secure Government Cloud infrastructure. The result was a scalable, cost-efficient platform with improved content workflows and actionable insights for user engagement.

The Vertis Approach

Vertis enhanced ESG’s Sitecore CMS with bug fixes, content optimisation, and new page creation. Adobe Analytics was integrated to provide real-time insights into user journeys, enabling data-driven content strategies.
