NTUC First Campus (NFC), managing over 170 preschools including My First Skool (MFS) and Little Skool House, needed to transform its Martech ecosystem to improve lead management, parent engagement, and brand experience. With Vertis, NFC overhauled its middleware, integrated HubSpot CRM, and refreshed the MFS brand and website. The result was a modernised, scalable Martech ecosystem that streamlined enrolments, improved responsiveness, and elevated the digital experience for parents.

The Vertis Approach

Vertis replaced outdated middleware with a .NET-based solution, enabling real-time integration between HubSpot CRM, enrolment systems (SkoolNet2), and marketing tools. Automated lead scoring and nurturing improved responsiveness, while a new self-checkout feature allowed parents to reserve seats instantly. The refreshed My First Skool website delivered a mobile-first, user-friendly enrolment journey, aligned with a revitalised brand identity. Workshops, documentation protocols, and phased rollouts ensured smooth adoption across NFC’s large preschool network.
